• You may close your account at any time by contacting acd444 customer support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks.

All transactions on the acd444 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected other local bank transfer channels as may be updated from time to time.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

• acd444 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days.
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with acd444 support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
• acd444 maintains detailed records of all transactions, bets, game rounds, and account activity, which shall constitute the primary evidence in any dispute resolution process.
